Wedding Day Co-ordination

This service is designed for those who have all the planning done but want to switch off from it all for the day before and day of wedding.

Day before wedding:

Call and confirm all suppliers for day of wedding times and service provided. Wedding venue checked for readiness. Meet and discuss with bride and bridesmaids that they have plan of procession details. Meet with rest of bridal party to discuss Wedding Day schedule.

The Wedding Day:

• Phone all vendors to check they are all up to date on times, routes etc.


• Check flowers at ceremony venue, oversee details before/after ceremony (Bouquets and Buttonholes to be given to bridal party.


• When Bride, Bridesmaids arrive – ensure dresses are altered if needed, check hair and ensure bouquets are given.


• Ensure all bridal party and immediate family are seated in correct rows in church.


• Visit reception venue to ensure all is in order.


• Visit Bride at her location – salon, beautician, hotel room.


• When ceremony is over – ring reception venue to let them know of timing and microorganism transfer of wedding flowers (if necessary).


• Be at the reception venue to ensure room is set up and to ensure a smooth running of meal – Alongside staff of venue.


• Assist with seating of guests.


• Ensure Dj or Band is setting up during meal..
