• Book Church/Wedding Venue - we will book your church or blessing venue in your chosen area and look after the booking fees and paperwork.
• Reception Venue - we will source multiple venues in a suitable area for clients to choose from. We will liaise with hotel staff on booking, decorating, menu planning, table planning, accommodation and any other extras that may occurs
• Transportation - we will organise and book transportation for the bridal party and guests if required. This would include transportation to the church and reception.
• Invitations - we will help you choose and order the best invitations suited to your budget and if desired will post all invitations to your guests. When final numbers are confirmed, we will provide the hotel with the table plan of your choice.
• Photographers / Videographer - we will book and liaise with the photographer and/or videographer to suit your wedding day
• Flowers - we will help you choose a colour scheme or, if already chosen, will organise appointments with a florist to discuss ideas and arrangements of your liking. We will organise a time plan and delivery of flowers on the day of the wedding
• Music - we will organise meetings with musicians and book and organise the music to your liking for the church/reception venue
• Cake - we will organise a wedding cake and extra confectionary to suit the couples' style and budget
• Groom Party - we will recommend different suit hire services for the grooms' party and make appointments
• Bridal attire - we can recommend and accompany the bride (if requested) to suitable bridal boutiques to help you choose your dream dress
• Hair and Make up - we will source suitable hair/salon/beautician and make appointments to suit
• Pampering Packages - we will help you search and book the perfect pampering package to help the bridal party relax and rejuvenate before the big day
